Europe is the country which consumes the biggest amount of coffee in the world and Scandinavian countries are top of the list with 8/9 kg a year per inhabitant (even 12 kg in Finland).

Caramel has been one of the most appreciated sweets for centuries. There are several ways to taste this delicious food made of sugar, for example on top of your ice cream or, as we do here at Emmepi Dolci, as a wonderful coffee biscuit.
Vanilla: the most famous scent in the world
There’s a legend about this special aroma.
It is said that the Emperor Montezuma offered the conqueror Hernardo Cortes a drink called “ the food of Gods “, with a highly stimulating aroma. It was hot chocolate flavored with vanilla.
